[job_card.job_description]Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to maintain order within the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any irregularities, including property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons on the premises. Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and / or contractors within the tech, media, and telecom environment. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and any incidents encountered during patrols. Follow all Allied Universal and client protocols while adapting to varying working environments and conditions specific to the location. At least one year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer - Tech / Media Patrols in Peachtree Corners, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech and media locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication while supporting a secure environment.
