As a Social Media Manager you'll be a key force in shaping Booksy's brand presence across the beauty, health, and wellness industry, connecting with both our B2B and B2C audiences. This role is your chance to sit at the heart of our marketing team, leading social storytelling, creating impactful platform-native content, and driving community growth and engagement across key channels.
Working as a team is crucial here, and you'll be collaborating with content creators, designers, external agencies, and internal stakeholders to execute high-performing social campaigns that directly support brand awareness and business results. Some of Your Responsibilities :
- Own and manage Booksy's social media channels for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (static, video, stories, reels) aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Work closely with external agencies, influencers, and partners to scale reach and drive high-performing campaigns.
- Monitor social trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and community insights to continuously improve performance.
- Analyze results, report on performance, and optimize activities based on data and business priorities.
- Support broader marketing initiatives, including product launches, PR moments, and integrated campaigns.
