Social Media Specialist

LHH is partnering with a client to find a Social Media Specialist who can bring creativity, strategy, and execution together to elevate their digital presence.

This role is ideal for someone who loves blending storytelling with analytics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content across multiple formats (copy, images, videos, live streams, carousels, GIFs, and giveaways)
  • Manage the execution of paid social campaigns with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with brand goals
  • Oversee community management including responses, feedback, and crisis communications
  • Leverage user-generated content (UGC) to strengthen brand engagement
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing teams on product launches and key initiatives
  • Track and analyze performance metrics
  • Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms to keep the brand competitive
  • Represent social channels for live events, video creation, and other brand storytelling moments

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on social media experience (organic and paid)
  • Strong knowledge of major social platforms and management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Falcon)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and campaign timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Preferred : Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite

    • Pay Details : $30.00 - 38.00 per hour

    The role is contract and hybrid in Plano, Texas.
