Job Summary :

True Spec Golf, the global leader in custom club fitting and club building is looking to add a new member to its marketing team. Founded in 2014, True Spec Golf is headquartered in Scottsdale, and now has over 40 locations worldwide.

Currently, TSG is looking for a creative, well-organized, motivated Social Media Coordinator who will manage our Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Threads, YouTube & LinkedIn accounts for True Spec Golf and its subsidiaries. This position will report to the SVP of Marketing and will bre responsible for planning, scheduling, creating, and managing content across all social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with our audience effectively.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Schedule / organize content calendars and execute posts on all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Generate regular analytical reports to make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Interact with followers on all posts to increase engagement rate
  • Engage with industry-related accounts to increase exposure to other golf audiences
  • Respond to comments & direct messages in a timely manner, passing along inquiries to customer service team when necessary
  • Monitor new / popular content styles so our accounts can keep up with ever-changing social media trends

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
