Your responsibilities

* Approach potential candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest

* Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screening

* Provide follow-up support to maintain interest and assist during the hiring journey

* Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Gain commissions based on meetings secured, interviews held, and hires generated from your leads
