Key Responsibilities

Teach social work courses according to the approved curriculum and schedule

Engage with students through virtual class time and provide timely feedback on assignments

Participate in student advising, curriculum development, and CSWE accreditation processes

Required Qualifications

MSW from a CSWE-accredited program with five years of post-masters practice experience

Two years of online / hybrid teaching experience in social work or a related field

Demonstrated strengths in college-level teaching

Understanding of social work from a biblical worldview

Proven organizational skills and ability to work independently
