  • Bachelor's degree required (Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology preferred; Education, Criminal Justice, and related fields considered)
  • Degree must be completed prior to start date
  • Master's degree preferred; employees pursuing a Master's while working receive tuition support and an automatic $3,000/year salary increase upon completion

Experience

  • 2+ years of youth-focused case management preferred, but not required for strong candidates
  • Experience in residential, foster care, juvenile justice, or family services settings a plus

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice

Requirements

  • Valid Texas driver's license required
  • Ability to bend, lift, push/pull, and perform extended sitting/standing

  • Must pass a background check prior to start

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $42,000–$46,500 DOE and caseload capacity; Master's degree minimum $45,000
  • Fuel Supplement: $105/pay period ($2,700/year)

  • On-site childcare for children ages 6 weeks–5 years at $180/bi-weekly payroll deduction (first child); $80 each additional child
  • 401(k) with company match
