To excel as a Part Time Food Utility Worker at Aqua Ridge Senior Living, certain skills and qualifications are essential. Effective communication skills are crucial for engaging with residents and their families, ensuring a friendly dining experience. Candidates must be at least 16 years old with proper school work authorization and clear a criminal background check, reflecting our commitment to safety and integrity. This role demands physical stamina, as you’ll need to lift up to 50 lbs and push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs. Constant standing and frequent walking throughout shifts are requirements of the job, so being physically active is a plus.
