  • Lead cohorts and build internal facilitation capacity across the organization.

Manage & Improve

  • Support the continuous improvement of existing learning programs, content libraries, and professional learning calendars.
  • Support key talent processes including, Onboarding, Talent Review, and performance management cycles.
  • Support LMS content, support course configuration and testing, and troubleshoot learning implementation in partnership with system owners.

Design & Develop

  • Design blended learning experiences, eLearning modules, microlearning, job aids, toolkits, and video-based resources using ADDIE and adult learning best practices.
  • Support curriculum, leadership development programs, and professional learning sequences that are scalable and engaging.
  • Use authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Canva, and video tools such as Camtasia, to produce polished, high-quality learning content.

Evaluate & Measure

  • Apply evaluation strategies to assess learning impact and produce analytics reports that inform decision-making.
  • Use data and feedback to iterate rapidly and improve learning solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Deep L&D expertise-- proven experience across needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, and program evaluation.
  • Facilitation presence-- confident, engaging delivery with diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Consulting mindset-- you ask great questions, listen deeply, and turn ambiguous needs into clear solutions.
  • Project management skills-- able to juggle multiple initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Data literacy-- comfortable analyzing learning data and connecting outcomes to organizational impact.
  • Tech savvy-- experienced with LMS platforms, Articulate 360 (or similar), Canva, Camtasia, and Microsoft suite.
  • Collaborative spirit-- a true team player who builds relationships across departments and levels.
  • Mission alignment -- a genuine commitment to CSUSA's values of Purpose, Passion, Integrity, and Grit, and the promise of Strong Minds, Good HeartsTM.

Job Requirements
