Sourcing Recruiter

We are seeking a talented, customer focused Sourcing Recruiter to join our global recruiting organization. You will be supporting technical teams to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with your clients. Must be located in any of the following locations to be considered for the role : Herndon, VA Arlington, VA Seattle, WA

Core Responsibilities :

• Engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical using multiple sourcing techniques.
• Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables and timelines.
• Work with candidates through the interview process at a quick pace to create a great candidate experience.
• Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while maintaining client and candidate experience as the top priority.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $37.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
