A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager III, preferably with health plan experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver strategic sessions and develop sourcing roadmaps for business owners
Mentor and guide category team members while managing supplier diversity and internal customer needs
Collaborate with Legal and business owners to ensure compliance and optimize vendor contracts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, materials management, logistics, or related field; Master's preferred
Minimum of five years of experience in strategic sourcing and vendor relations
Experience in process improvement and procurement in a healthcare setting
Strong negotiation skills and understanding of regulatory compliance
Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) credentials preferred
