As a Strategic Sourcing Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the procurement strategy and supplier relationships to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier selection and negotiations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will report directly to our Director Strategic Sourcing and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ OR one of our Aero locations on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings, mitigating supply chain risks, and ensuring the availability of high-quality materials and services. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize supplier performance, reduce total cost of ownership, and improve overall supply chain efficiency. By leveraging market intelligence and conducting supplier evaluations, you will identify and onboard strategic suppliers to support business objectives.

The annual base salary range for this position is $131,000 - $163,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. The annual base salary range for this position is $131,000 - $163,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
