In sourcing and procurement at PwC, you will focus on optimizing sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, supplier collaboration, and supply chain resilience. You will work closely with clients to analyze sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimization, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will also provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor's Degree

Required Fields of Study : Accounting, Business Administration / Management, Economics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management

Minimum Year(s) of Experience : 3 year(s)

Preferred Qualifications :

Degree Preferred : Master of Business Administration

Preferred Knowledge / Skills :

Understanding of Sourcing and Procurement leading practices and the ability to communicate at a strategic and operational level.

Possessing the ability to facilitate working sessions with client leads to define business requirements and design leading practice solutions.

Thinking creatively and independently to solve complex problems.

Providing insights and improvements to current tool sets and offers opportunities for improvement.

Demonstrating extensive interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate staff.

Possessing the ability to develop presentations for leadership level clients.

Demonstrating experience in Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management modules of Coupa.

Demonstrating experience in CLM-A, Risk modules, Coupa Pay and Coupa Expenses.

Understanding of system architecture and benefits of different ERP systems and their connectivity with Coupa.

Possessing the ability to motivate others, including staff and client personnel.

The salary range for this position is : $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
