Job Title : Sourcing Manager / Senior Sourcing Manager

Job Description

The Sourcing Manager or Senior Sourcing Manager will support Commercial Strategic Sourcing activities, ensuring effective supplier engagement, value generation, cost savings, cost avoidance, process efficiencies, risk mitigation, and compliance with Global Strategic Sourcing policies. This role requires close collaboration with commercial partners and external suppliers to deliver measurable financial and operational results.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic sourcing partner to the Commercial organization, providing ongoing advisory support and execution ownership.

Review, assess, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and related agreements to secure cost savings and favorable commercial terms while mitigating risk.

Manage RFPs and RFIs, supplier negotiations, award processes, and post-negotiation assessments and debriefs.

Develop, review, and validate sourcing analytics including cost models, spend reports, savings and cost avoidance tracking, and contract documentation.

Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and industry developments to inform sourcing strategies and negotiations.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement.

Experience supporting Commercial categories such as Marketing Services, PR, Meetings, Exhibits and Displays, or related services.

Proven track record of delivering negotiated savings.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.

Experience with P2P systems such as SAP.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience working within a Category Management framework.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.

A results-oriented, team-focused approach.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Candidates can choose the days they prefer to work onsite. The office is located in Chadds Ford, PA. This role provides a long-term opportunity with great team support and learning opportunities

This is a Contract position based out of Chadds Ford, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $67.00 - $72.00 / hr.
