Implementation Specialist
The Implementation Specialist is primarily focused on providing support to the Account Management team on activities related to on-boarding new Small Business clients. The implementation specialist will coordinate client on-boarding activities, complete carrier and internal system implementation and communicate team workflow to maximize effectiveness of team efforts towards relationship building, client experience and client retention. They will also do outbound calls "cold calling" to prospects initiating contact, qualifying leads and setting the foundation for successful sales engagements. You will collaborate closely with the producer to ensure a seamless hand-off of qualified prospects and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Position details include a pay of $18/hr, hours from M-F 7am - 3:30pm, first 90 days are in office - hybrid after if metrics are being met, and location at 777 N Rainbow Blvd. Benefits start day 1!
How you'll make an impact:
- Support Small Business end to end client on-boarding life cycle
- Manage client business workflow and facilitate GSC interactions
- Support the client on-boarding and client service life cycle with oversight from experienced team members
- Provide support to GBS Small Business Account Management team
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships within designated primary markets, clients and with vendor partners
- Participate in and adhere to GBS Peer Review policy
- Develop strong oral and written communication skills
- Maintain up-to-date records in DMS
- Comply with Gallagher's processes, BOSS standards and office initiatives
- Complete training and professional development to gain understanding of the insurance industry and GBS processes

Prospect outreach includes making high-volume outbound cold calls daily to prospects from an assigned lead list, gathering relevant information to determine prospect fit, interest level, and potential opportunity, scheduling follow-up calls, demos, or meetings for the GBS Producer when appropriate, providing Producer with complete and accurate lead details to support smooth transitions, recording all call attempts, outcomes, and notes in the CRM system with accuracy and timelines, updating prospect statuses and maintaining clean, organized lead pipelines, reporting trends, challenges, and feedback gathered from outreach efforts, meeting or exceeding daily/weekly outbound call and lead qualification targets, participating in ongoing coaching, training, and performance reviews, and staying informed about product updates, promotions, and market positioning to enhance outreach quality.
Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection professionally. Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management processes. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, self-motivated mindset, and willingness to learn.
