Overview: Responsible for sourcing of raw material and components for the production at our plant for Optics products by establishing a reliable, flexible, innovative, high-quality, and productive supply base to create a competitive advantage for us in the market.
Responsibilities:
Scope:
Individual contributor role. Establishing mid-term and long-term strategic commodity plans, developing supplier footprint, and setting up the integrated supply chain to improve sourcing competitiveness. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to maximize global leverage, identify savings opportunities, and develop cost-competitive suppliers. Managing supplier relationships, ensuring the achievement of supplier commitments, and executing strategies based on market and technology trends. Researching the current innovations, trends, and developments in the industry and recommending the best practices and suggestions.

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $113,800 - $170,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
