What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Sourcing and Contracts Specialist supports the organization's vendor sourcing, and contract management activities. This role assists in preparing contracts, maintaining vendor records, and monitoring compliance. The Specialist works closely with the Sourcing and Fleet Supervisor, the Sourcing and Contracts Coordinator, operational leaders, and vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of vendor contracts. This role also supports the maintenance of sourcing related documentation.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday Friday

Expected starting wage range is $26.01 - $32.15. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• High school diploma or GED
• Three (3) years' experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract management
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good computer skills with basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Knowledge of basic accounting practices as they relate to invoice / payment processing and cost allocation
• Detail oriented
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
