The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist plays a key role in identifying engaging and attracting top talent to support the Authoritys workforce needs. This position actively leads and participates in large-scale sourcing and recruitment events representing the organization as an Employer of Choice and ensuring a positive professional candidate experience.

Core responsibilities include proactively sourcing qualified candidates through multiple channels and conducting initial screening interviews to assess their availability interest visa status salary expectations relocation preferences and alignment with job qualifications. The specialist collaborates closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines support diversity and inclusion goals and ensure timely and effective staffing solutions.

This role demands strong communication relationship-building and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing campaigns simultaneously while promoting the Authoritys brand and values to prospective talent.

Requirements

Education / Experience

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Behavioral Sciences CommunicationsMarketing or Human Resources.

Four (4) years of high volume sourcing for multiple disciplines.
