We are partnered with a reputable and growing fire protection company that is looking to add an experienced Fire Sprinkler Lead to their team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, jobsite organization, and leading crews to success.

Position Overview :

The Fire Sprinkler Lead will oversee field installation projects, manage crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to code. This individual will serve as the point person on-site and work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents.

Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise sprinkler installation crews on commercial and / or residential projects

Read and interpret blueprints and system drawings

Coordinate daily jobsite activities and material needs

Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes

Maintain jobsite safety and enforce OSHA standards

Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers

Communicate progress updates with management

✅ Qualifications :

5+ years of fire sprinkler installation experience

Proven experience leading crews or acting as a foreman / lead

Strong knowledge of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

NICET certification (preferred but not required)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license
