[job_card.job_description]Five years of experience in fire sprinkler system installation and service. MUST have a current CalFire Commercial Sprinkler Fitter license. Working knowledge of wet, dry, and pre-action systems, as well as backflow and fire pumps. Proficient in NFPA 13, 20, 24, and 25 code requirements. Competent in using trade-appropriate tools for daily pipe fitting duties and ability to read fire system design drawings. Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills. Certified in backflow inspection and repair (preferred). Full employee medical coverage. Dental and vision insurance. Paid Time Off (PTO). Competitive salary range of $32-$45 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time / 8-hour shift Southern California (in-person work)

Guardian South Inc. is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead field crews in the installation and service of commercial fire sprinkler systems. This is an in-person, hands-on leadership role for someone who values quality work, safety, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints to install prefabricated fire sprinkler piping.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Oversee service and tenant improvement projects for existing facilities.
- Cut, thread, and groove pipe to specifications using tools like saws and pipe threaders.
- Coordinate with customers and various contractors to resolve field conflicts.
- Manage job scheduling and project progression efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure job site safety.
- Provide support and guidance to other field installers and helpers.
- Keep updated with industry knowledge and OSHA safety standards.
