This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with federal HR systems and regulations. / ppDuties and Responsibilities : / pulliCollect, validate, and analyze HR data from multiple sources, including personnel systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS). / liliDevelop dashboards, reports, and metrics to support decision-making and compliance with federal regulations. / liliMonitor workforce trends, turnover, and staffing metrics to assist in strategic planning. / liliEnsure accuracy and integrity of HR data, including EEO and diversity reporting. / liliCollaborate with HR specialists to streamline data processes and improve reporting capabilities. / liliSupport audits and respond to data calls from internal and external stakeholders. / liliMaintain historical employee data for multiple placements and assignments. / liliAssist in categorizing employees by skillsets for future recruitment and workforce planning. / lipQualifications / ppBasic Qualifications : / pulliBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. / lili24 years of experience in HR analytics or data management (federal experience preferred). / liliProficiency in HRIS, ATS, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). / liliKnowledge of federal HR policies, EEO compliance, and workforce reporting requirements. / liliAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. / li / ulpMinimum Qualifications : / pulliExperience with federal HR systems (e.g., USA Staffing, NFC, EHRI). / liliFamiliarity with OPM regulations and federal hiring processes. / liliAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros). / liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. / li / ulpThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required by this position.
