Position Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Gainesville, FL
Schedule: FT, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
Responsibilities: ... - Analyze current HR and alumni processes to identify automation opportunities and areas for efficiency improvements.
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows, scripts, and integrations for HR and alumni systems.
- Serve as a technical and functional subject matter expert on HR and alumni technology, providing guidance to stakeholders across departments.
- Collaborate with HR, Alumni Relations, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure solutions meet organizational needs.
- Maintain and optimize existing automated systems and workflows, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to track system performance, process efficiency, and key metrics.
- Provide training, documentation, and support for end-users to ensure successful adoption of automated processes.
- Stay current with emerging HR and alumni technology trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance system capabilities.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft) and alumni management systems preferred.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in HR or alumni systems.
- Hands-on experience with Replit or similar coding and automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of HR and alumni processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting, automation tools, APIs, and data integration techniques.
- Process improvement and automation expertise.
- Technical proficiency in scripting and workflow design.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
