POSITION PURPOSE
The Data Analyst plays a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. This position bridges the gap between data and business strategy by analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and communicating findings to stakeholders. The Data Analyst's work directly contributes to optimizing operations, enhancing member experiences, and supporting strategic initiatives. By leveraging analytical skills and business acumen, the Data Analyst helps the organization make data-driven decisions that improve efficiency, increase profitability, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
QUALIFICATIONS

Education / Experience :
Master's degree in computer / data science or engineering / Information technology or related minimum three (3) years of hands-on data architecture, relational, dimensional, and / or analytic data modeling experience (using RDBMS, dimensional, NoSQL data platform technologies)
OR
Bachelor's degree in computer / data science or engineering / Information technology or related minimum five (5) years of hands-on data architecture, relational, dimensional, and / or analytic data modeling experience (using RDBMS, dimensional, NoSQL data platform technologies)
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in data architecture, modeling, and engineering roles
Certificates, licenses, registrations :
