The Director of Clinical Services oversees all aspects of clinical operations, ensuring that every patient and family receives care that is compliant, coordinated, and deeply meaningful.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor an interdisciplinary team committed to exceptional end‑of‑life care
Ensure regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and high‑quality documentation
Support clinicians in delivering individualized, patient‑centered plans of care
Partner with physicians, referral sources, and community providers
Drive quality improvement initiatives and uphold agency standards
Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows to ensure continuity of care
Assist in on-call and admissions when necessary.
Work very closely with the hospice administrator assuring that exceptional care is provided to all patients and their families
What We’re Looking For
RN with hospice leadership experience
Strong understanding of Medicare hospice regulations and LCD‑aligned eligibility
Skilled communicator who can coach, support, and elevate clinical teams
Organized, proactive, and committed to operational excellence
A leader who believes hospice is a calling, not just a service line
