Scope of role

The Regal Rexnord IPS Customer Care Advocacy Internship Program is a fulltime, 10-week paid internship at our Headquarters in Milwaukee starting June 2026.

The program is designed for students to gain real world experience by developing strong functional / technical expertise and business knowledge through challenging, hands-on assignment and to expose them to various groups across our Global Customer Care team and the Business. Over the course of 10 weeks, associates will complete work assignments and work projects to support Customer Care, Marketing and Training functions.

Responsibilities

• Project Management : Lead and contribute to customer care projects aimed at improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis : Collect, analyze, and interpret customer care data in Power BI to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement : Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer care processes and efficiency.
• Customer Interaction : Assist with handling customer inquiries and resolving case issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Reporting : Prepare and present reports on project progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, commercial excellence) to ensure project alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Training and Development : Participate in training sessions to develop essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and project management.
