Medical Records and Central Supply Coordinator
Job Summary:
Affinity Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records and Central Supply Coordinator to join our team in Braintree, Massachusetts. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing medical records, ordering and tracking medical supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized storage environment. Responsibilities:
Order, track, maintain, and distribute medical supplies, including DME and specialty equipment, office supplies, and furniture
Ensure adequate inventory levels at all times and maintain organized storage rooms and carts
Supervise the use of supplies in accordance with Federal laws and Affinity guidelines
Foster relationships with vendors and maintain a daily rental equipment log
File and maintain medical records in accordance with Federal, State, and Facility regulations
Perform other duties as assigned by administration
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical records and/or central supply experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position
Proficient in Point Click Care and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment
Prior Skilled Nursing Facility regulatory knowledge a plus, but not required
