Location: Charlotte, NC
- Remote/Hybrid allowance: 4x/week onsite, 1x/week remote
Contract Duration: 6 mo contract – potential to extend
Requirements:
- Demand planning experience, 3 years preferred
- Analytical experienceExperience validating decisions through reports

Job Description:
This Supply Chain Management role will include responsibility in analyzing and building corporate demand plans related to rented equipment that is on a return loop. The equipment that this team is responsible for is rented and in customers’ homes until their contract ends. This person will be forecasting the demand plans, in relation to goals and metrics provided by other LOBs ( marketing), which leads to establishing the purchasing budget and inventory management. Through managing an assortment of SKUs, this person will build the buy plan and understand what healthy inventory levels and trends look like as related to each specific piece of equipment. Each device that comes back into service has a different fall out rate, life expectancy, etc. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication as he/she will be expected to communicate with the team, vendors, and leadership through monthly presentations. The team has created big changes within the entire organization through implementing new approval processes with goals of cost reduction. Ideal candidates will have corporate retail sector experience and have handled a decide sized product volume.
