Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Onsite - North Reading, MA

Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support capacity planning, inventory health, and spare parts replenishment processes. This role requires strong problem solving skills, proficiency with data tools, and the ability to manage and document operational processes in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track material risk to support continuity of supply
• Analyze inventory levels and recommend actions to balance stock and reduce excess
• Develop solutions to optimize spare parts replenishment strategies
• Maintain, update, and organize internal documentation for training and reference
• Collaborate cross functionally to identify process improvements and support operational excellence

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or related field
• Strong mathematical, logical reasoning, and problem solving abilities
• High proficiency with SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel modeling
• Demonstrated analytical experience through prior roles or academic focus
• Conceptual understanding of systems, databases, and configuration management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree specifically in Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline
• Professional experience in analyst roles within supply chain, operations, or logistics
• Experience designing or improving replenishment or forecasting models
• Familiarity with configuration management tools or complex systems environments
