As a TruGreen Field Sales Specialist, you will be the friendly presence in neighborhoods, connecting directly with homeowners to showcase the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. With your enthusiasm and commitment to TruGreen's proven Sales Playbook, you'll offer tailored services that transform casual encounters into enduring customer relationships.
What You'll Do - You will represent TruGreen, engaging face-to-face with homeowners to understand their lawn care needs and deliver customized solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Each day provides a chance to connect, educate, and secure their business.
- Interact with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach, bringing professionalism, energy, and positivity.
- Tailor sales messaging to meet the distinct lawn care needs of each household because every yard is unique.
- Utilize proven sales techniques to convert interest into signed contracts.
- Record interactions and monitor your performance using a CRM to measure activity and drive results.
- Enhance sales through cross-selling and upselling to help customers elevate their lawn care.
What You'll Bring - While a green thumb isn't necessary, you'll need a strong drive to succeed and excellent interpersonal skills to turn every doorstep into a warm lead.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial, but passion and diligence are even more valuable.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Effective communication skills to engage with customers sincerely and intelligently.
- Strong time management skills and a self-starter attitude.
- Familiarity with technology and mobile devices to navigate customer interactions.
- Ability to walk, stand, and sometimes lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.

Pay Ranges: $27,669.00 - $58,865.00
This range is based on qualifications including experience and other factors. Starting pay is typically in the lower half of the range, while the upper end is reserved for highly experienced candidates. Pay history will not be a factor where prohibited by law.
