McLane is transforming its digital supply chain ecosystem-and we're looking for a strategic, forwardthinking Senior Product Manager to lead products that directly support Supply Chain and Finance initiatives across our enterprise.

In this role, you will own the products that sit at the intersection of supply chain execution and financial performance. As a Sr Product Manager, you'll lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for products and enterprise platforms that drive cost control, operational efficiency, and financial transparency across a complex digital supply chain.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Austin or Temple, TX.

What You'll Do

• Define, own and deliver the product vision and multiyear roadmap for supply chain and finance capabilities.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Data, and Architecture leaders to translate strategy into highimpact digital products.
• Drive backlog prioritization using valuebased decision frameworks balancing ROI, risk, compliance, and technical health.
• Lead crossfunctional delivery across complex, integrated platforms supporting planning, execution, and financial processes.
• Establish success metrics and track value delivered across costtoserve, cycle time, accuracy, and financial outcomes.
• Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and results to senior stakeholders and executives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, computer science, supply chain, or related field; master's degree preferred for enterprise or regulatory focused products.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, digital supply chain, enterprise IT, or technology driven environments (or more for senior level expectations).
• Proven experience owning enterprisescale digital products within supply chain, finance, or adjacent domains.
• Strong understanding of how operational systems connect to financial outcomes and controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence without authority.
• Experience building and managing longterm roadmaps in complex, regulated environments.
• Datadriven mindset with strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
