We are seeking an accomplished consultant who thrives in designing, configuring, and activating Oracle Health solutions. As part of our dedicated Federal Consulting team, you will impact the lives of service members, veterans, and their families by improving healthcare accessibility and equity.
Responsibilities:
- Consult on service line workflows and guide clients through design decisions and their implications.
- Provide expert oversight and direction to stakeholders on Oracle Health solutions.
- Drive client-specific solution configurations to align with workflow needs, while identifying risks and recommending improvements.
- Lead client meetings and events, and spearhead internal team initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare IT consulting.
- 5+ years in functional or technical roles, with in-depth knowledge of Oracle Health Supply Chain products.
- Experience in pharmacy supply chain or clinical inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and U.S. citizenship.
Willingness to travel up to 50% is essential. This position does not offer visa sponsorship and requires the ability to obtain a government security clearance.
Expectations:
- Flexibility with work hours and responsibilities as needed.
- Commitment to following corporate security policies and protecting company assets.
If you are passionate about leveraging data and technology to enhance healthcare outcomes, we would love to hear from you!
The expected salary range for this position is between $71,200 and $158,200 annually, with potential for bonus and equity. Oracle provides an extensive benefits package, including health, retirement plans, and paid time off. Apply today to be part of an innovative team that is transforming healthcare for the better.
