The Raw Materials Supply Chain Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic global purchasing and sourcing initiatives for a portfolio of critical materials, parts, and services. This role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, a proven ability to manage complex projects across diverse internal teams and external partners, and a commitment to driving significant change.
The successful candidate will be a catalyst for broader supply chain transformation, championing innovation, and acting as a role model and trendsetter. This requires resilience, exceptional business acumen, strong negotiation prowess, and a "play-to-win" attitude.
You'll have...
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree (., MBA, MS in Supply Chain)
5-8 years of progressive experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or commodity management, with a proven track record of leading negotiations, driving innovation, and managing complex projects.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, diverse materials, and end-to-end global supply chain dynamics, including emerging technologies.
Proficiency in advanced analytics platforms, strategic sourcing software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680-212,760.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
