Key Responsibilities
Central Supply Management
Order, receive, and stock medical and non-medical (office) supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and established PAR levels.
Regularly audit supply rooms and storage areas to ensure organization and accessibility.
Track and monitor supply usage, helping control costs and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Coordinate with vendors and corporate purchasing teams for timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Analyze supply data to identify trends and enhance cost effectiveness.
Administrative and Facility Support
Provide front desk coverage as needed—answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting residents and families courteously and professionally.
Support HR and administrative tasks such as badge printing, filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.
Assist with scheduling or coordinating facility services and meetings.
Support maintenance of common office areas and organization projects (e.g., records room organization).
Technology and Vendor Coordination
Serve as liaison between the facility and IT provider (Global Tech) for coordinating tech-related service calls, troubleshooting, and follow-up.
Provide basic technical support to staff (i.e., equipment setup, password resets, basic troubleshooting).
Team and Cross-Departmental Support
Support nursing, environmental services, HR, and administrative departments through organized supply delivery and communication.
Maintain smooth coordination among multiple leaders and departments.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects around efficiency and staff workflow.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in inventory, purchasing, or office administration a plus.
Strong IT skills; able to troubleshoot IT problems and provide basic technical support to staff.
Previous experience in inventory/supply management, healthcare support, or administrative roles preferred.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and basic computer troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to lift and move boxes and supplies as needed (up to 30 lbs).
