  • Provide daily user support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth system operations.
  • Act as a functional liaison for enhancements and IT-supported fixes, including creating functional specifications and conducting system testing.
  • Drive requirement analysis sessions to capture business objectives and translate them into system solutions.
  • Assist with configuration changes, testing, training, and documentation of business processes.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports for shared team use.
  • Monitor and implement regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and training for updates.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with functional users to build internal expertise.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Workday HRMS Functional Support Analyst, including full lifecycle implementations.
  • Expertise in three or more Workday modules: Workforce Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Recruiting, or Absence Management.
  • Strong understanding of business requirements, workflow analysis, and process re-engineering.
  • Ability to QA test development work and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, Visio) and SQL for data review and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to quality customer service and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years supporting Workday HRMS applications.
  • 6+ years of Workday HRMS implementation/upgrade experience.
  • 2+ full Workday SDLC implementations.
  • Experience as a Functional Lead on at least two projects.
Preferred
  • Public sector or transit industry experience (nice to have).
Additional Information
  • FLSA Status: Exempt
  • Physical Demands: Requires keyboard operation and occasional lifting of computer equipment.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced with multiple priorities; reasonable accommodations available.
