We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to manage supplier and customer data concerning the ordering and delivery of spare parts, provisioning products, and related services. The role involves analyzing and processing returned materials from customers, addressing customer spare parts inquiries, and resolving delivery issues. The position is crucial for creating and monitoring performance metrics and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Review customer purchase orders to assess requirements.
- Process and maintain customer purchase orders, including order entry into Cardex ERP and portal management.
- Interact with warehouse staff and functions such as Sales and Quality to ensure timely order resolution.
- Prioritize orders with issues based on required ship date and analyze if orders can proceed without additional input.
- Research in Cardex ERP to resolve order issues.
- Review and action open orders pending resolution.
- Ensure timeliness of shipment for critical orders through internal coordination and liaison with other functional stakeholders.
- Monitor and expedite orders with high complexity and urgency.
- Resolve customer claims with Accounting, Quality Assurance, etc., including Credit Rebill and RMA processes.
- Maintain pipeline health on part usage and demand on existing contracts in collaboration with Customer Sales Planner.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- 6 or more years of related work experience.
- Experience in Program Management and/or Customer Support.
- Experience working with SAP system.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience in aerospace hardware sales.
- Knowledge of the aerospace/aviation industry.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in numeric reasoning and mathematical skills.
This position is onsite with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The role does not require travel and is based on a standard 9x5 schedule. Background check clearance is required before starting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Hialeah, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
