This Support Specialist will work closely with Staffing Consultants to assist our providers with scheduling, customer service, case matching, and administrative tasks. This individual will foster relationships with the team as well as providers, in order to provide the best care possible for disabled populations.




Position Details

• Location: San Diego, CA
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Job Responsibilities

• Understand Ro Health's business
• Develop and manage advertising campaigns
• Assist with filtering incoming calls
• Manage healthcare providers
• Staffing and scheduling healthcare providers
• Build rapport with prospective Clients
• Manage provider payroll and timesheets
• Assist with provider retention.
• Collaborate on new initiatives for growth
• Run various monthly and weekly audits
• Operate at all times with a high level of honesty and integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Time management
• Organization
• Spanish Speaking (required)

Compensation

• $20-22/ hr
• Quarterly Bonuses!
