Bilingual Administrative Assistant
-Location: Oxnard, CA
-Pay: $25-30/hr DOE
*Must have strong administrative experience*

-We are seeking a highly organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support management and ensure smooth daily operations.

-Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct administrative support to management • Coordinate and manage projects, timelines, and follow-ups • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite • Schedule and run meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes • Manage calendars, correspondence, and internal communications -Qualifications: • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Project management experience • Experience organizing and leading meetings • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills • Professional and proactive attitude.
