Position Overview:

• The Scheduler/Dispatcher is responsible for ensuring all security posts are staffed with properly trained personnel, managing day-to-day scheduling needs, dispatching guards in real time, and responding to last-minute coverage issues.
• This role is critical in maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain weekly/monthly guard schedules for multiple client sites.
• Dispatch security personnel to assigned locations promptly and accurately.
• Monitor attendance, call-outs, and shift confirmations.
• Respond to staffing emergencies and adjust schedules in real time.
• Maintain clear communication with guards, supervisors, and clients.
• Ensure coverage complies with labor laws, licensing requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date records of guard availability, time-off requests, and incidents.
• Collaborate with recruitment and HR for onboarding and scheduling new hires.
• Use scheduling and dispatch software effectively (e.g., TrackTik, WhenIWork, or similar).

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or coordinating staff (security industry preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
