We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who is a polished communicator, highly organized, calm under pressure, and effective in cross‑functional environments. You operate with a proactive, high‑ownership mindset and thrive in fast‑moving, ambiguous situations.

You are a force multiplier and trusted operator to senior leadership, combining precise execution with systems thinking to make our teams faster and smarter. Anticipating 2-3 steps ahead, you connect dots across teams, and drive follow‑through on the work that matters most. You’ll function as strategic leverage for your exec and the org—elevating operations, surfacing risks, and bringing solutions. You model excellence for the EA team and actively contribute to the centralized EA support structure.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Manage complex, dynamic calendars with an analytical, priority‑driven approach to time management.

• Plan and execute complex domestic and international travel (visas, logistics, contingencies).

• Attend key meetings, prepare pre‑reads, capture outcomes, and drive action‑item follow‑through to completion.

• Plan offsites and events end‑to‑end; raise the bar on structure, clarity, and outcomes.

• Act as a strategic operator: keep priorities on track, align stakeholders, surface blockers early, and simplify decision‑making.

• Elevate team operations by simplifying and systematizing processes; create leverage that scales beyond your immediate scope.

• Mentor other EAs; contribute actively in the broader EA & People team.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• Proactive, high‑ownership operator with excellent judgment and discretion; thrives under pressure and tight timelines.

• Polished written and verbal communicator who builds trust quickly across functions and levels.

• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management; comfortable juggling multiple competing priorities.

• Strong technology fluency, especially Google Workspace and Slack.

• Experience supporting senior leaders in high‑growth tech environments; comfortable with autonomy and momentum.

• Collaborative, low‑ego teammate who contributes to a centralized EA community and raises the bar for the team.

• AI fluency: you meaningfully use AI to speed up workflows, improve quality, and reduce operational toll.

Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus):

$124,780—$146,800 USD
