We’re hiring a Director of Surgical Services in Plantation, Florida who wants executive visibility, operational control, and performance-based income growth.

You’ll step into a hospital-based leadership role overseeing Operating Room, Pre-Op, PACU, Endoscopy, Sterile Processing Department, and PAT clinic operations. This is a full perioperative leadership position focused on driving quality outcomes, strengthening physician collaboration, optimizing throughput, and improving financial performance across 10 operating rooms.

You’ll practice in Plantation, Florida, a growing South Florida community offering convenient access to Fort Lauderdale, strong healthcare infrastructure, and year-round sunshine.

• You lead through accountability, structure, and collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• Master’s degree in Nursing preferred

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary ranging from $107,723 to $161,574
• 17.5% annual director bonus with up to 150% payout potential
