Prepare Operating Room with appropriate instruments and supplies based on surgical procedure Scrub in, maintain aseptic technique, and proactively monitor for potential breaches Assist physicians and nurses during procedures, including skin preparation, draping, and transferring patients Hand instruments to surgeons in correct order, assist in specimen preparation, and apply postoperative dressings Ensure patient positioning based on surgical needs and monitor patient safety throughout the procedure Track and maintain surgical equipment, ensure proper functioning and cleanliness after use Collaborate with circulating nurse to confirm accurate surgical counts Uphold ethical standards and demonstrate calmness in emergent situations Perform other duties as assigned Experience assisting surgical teams, with knowledge of aseptic techniques

What We're Looking For :

- Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Experience assisting surgical teams, with knowledge of aseptic techniques
- Graduate of Surgical Technician School, LPN, Nursing Student, or Graduate of School of Nursing preferred
- Certification as a Surgical Technician preferred

What You Will Do :
Perform a variety of technical duties in the Operating Room to assist the surgical team and ensure safe, efficient surgical procedures.
