Accountable for assigned sales objectives for region. Responsible for Management Business Objectives (MBOs) assigned by management. Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13yrs; Assoc. +9yrs; M.S. +2yrs). The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English. 5 Years of Relevant Experience and 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership. Advanced Ophthalmic surgical / technical skills and knowledge. A demonstrated track record of proven sales achievements is highly preferred. Experience consulting in an Operating Room (OR) setting. Experience consulting with Refractive technologies. Strong working knowledge of Refractive diagnostics. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

As a Refractive Surgical Consultant, you will work with the Wavelight suite, and any other Wavelight consumables or disposables. Work with the Account Managers and the Refractive team to ensure a smooth sales process, and product knowledge post sale.
Primary Responsibilities :
Regional on-label post-install sales support, and technical selling for WaveLight® products, with an emphasis on premium
procedural selling. Branded products include : WaveLight® Excimer, WaveLight® Femto, Contoura, Wavelight Pus, and all
related Wavelight consumables / disposables.
- Work closely with Wavelight Managers (WM), and Division Manager (DM), and Refractive team to optimize sales
initiatives, product adoption, and goals.
