Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 3 years.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Banner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios.

Cannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling : weekends only, block scheduling, etc.

Only 1 Holiday RTO will be accepted. This includes : Thanksgiving (11 / 28 - 11 / 29), Christmas (12 / 24-12 / 25), and New Years (12 / 31-1 / 1).

Must be Tele ECG compliant, all of our units do Tele and they will have to pass an ECG exam.

Minimum recent 2 years as MS or PCU RN required.

May float to any of 4 AH units to take appropriate MS patients.

Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).

No background hits accepted.

Nursys required.

Maximum days off : 7 days

2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
