Job Description

Nurse Practitioner – Regenerative Wellness Startup (PT / FT – Fort Worth, TX)

IVs, PRP, Peptides, Labs, and Big Vision

Start Date : January 2026

Schedule : Part-time to start, with full-time track, Starting one day a week

Location : Fort Worth, TX (in person only)

Compensation : $80–120k / year + bonus + revenue share + growth opportunity

WLF Club (pronounced wolf ) is a new performance and longevity-focused wellness club launching this summer in Fort Worth. We’re building something that doesn’t exist yet : a one-stop destination where rehab, recovery, diagnostics, and regenerative medicine come together to help high-performers live without limitations.

We're looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner who’s excited to help build this from the ground up.

This isn’t just a job - it’s a seat at the table. You’ll be hands-on with IVs, PRP, peptides, and functional labs, and you’ll help create the systems and standards behind everything we offer. If you're passionate about integrative health, performance medicine, and giving people more control over their health, you might be exactly who we need.

In Your First 90 Days, You’ll :

Perform IV therapy, PRP, and other regenerative treatments
Order and interpret functional labs and bloodwork
Help shape care protocols for peptide therapy, exosomes, and more
Collaborate with rehab, chiropractic, and recovery teams for integrated care
Meet with high-performing patients and design personalized care plans
Contribute to clinical strategy and service design as we launch

We’re Looking For :

Licensed NP in Texas with prescriptive authority and active DEA

Hands-on experience with IVs, PRP, peptides, or regenerative tools

Background in concierge, functional, or integrative care preferred

Someone who’s excited by startups , innovation, and building from scratch

Strong communication skills, leadership potential, and big vision

Must live in or relocate to Fort Worth, TX
