Window Gang is a professional exterior cleaning solutions company specializing in both residential and commercial jobs in the Hanahan area. We have been the number one window cleaning company for 5 years in a row. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced role on various outdoor cleaning projects.


JOB SUMMARY:
This position is for highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous exterior cleaning experience is an asset, but not required. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast-growing company. Advancement opportunities are available quickly for those who prove themselves to be strong leaders!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completing exterior cleaning projects such as window cleaning, house washing, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and more
• Planning and managing work flow on the job site
• Communicating effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer service
• Working as a team to complete tasks in most efficient manner
• Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
• Ability to mix the right chemicals to perform the projects
• Invoicing and payment completion for every job
• Selling further services to customers
• Owning marketing around each job site
• Driving the van to and from each job
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of the van
• Representing Window Gang in the local community and networking with potential customers
  as needs arise

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of labor or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
• Courteous, friendly personality and committed to great customer service
• A strong work ethic, highly dependable, and able to self-manage
• Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), in the summer sun, and
  handling tools.
• Comfortable working on/with ladders up to 3 stories
• Driver's license is required
• Willing and able to work some weekends
