Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Detroit

Pay: 75K+

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

  • Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, prepare maps, and provide data for engineering and construction projects.
  • Utilize surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and drones to accurately measure distances and angles on the land.
  • Analyze survey data, verify accuracy, and prepare reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure surveying requirements are met during projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Land Surveyor.
  • Proficiency in surveying software and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor is preferred.
