Job Description
Join our innovative team as a Sustainability and Compliance Program Manager, where you will be instrumental in leading our supply chain’s strategies to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions while ensuring we meet evolving regulatory compliance. In this role, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders, including Oracle and our suppliers, to achieve our ambitious environmental goals through strategic planning and effective implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of supply chain Scope 3 GHG emissions, devising and executing reduction strategies that align with Oracle's sustainability objectives and meet regulatory standards.
- Engage with Oracle stakeholders, suppliers, and industry partners to assess and implement GHG emissions reduction targets and reporting approaches.
- Investigate global supply chain compliance regulations to recommend efficient solutions through effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive the creation of streamlined processes, procedures, and tools, while providing training to both the organization and suppliers.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee internal and external compliance audits to uphold adherence to relevant policies and regulations.
- Support various compliance projects and provide assistance to other process owners as needed.

Compensation and Benefits :
The salary range for this role is $97,500 to $199,500 annually, with additional opportunities for bonuses and equity.
