OVERVIEW
This Case Manager position will serve humanitarian migrants in the USCRI Cleveland office. The Case Manager will provide culturally and linguistically appropriate, comprehensive case management services to adult and minor foreign national survivors of trafficking and refugee-eligible populations. The Case Manager will also provide qualified participants with intensive case management, access to English language assessment and training, referral to appropriate community support services, and transportation. The position will report to the Anti-Trafficking Services Case Management Supervisor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate case management services to qualified program participants;
- Complete individualized needs assessments with qualified participants, and develop case plans with particular attention to culture, language, and special circumstances;
- Maintain a high standard of record-keeping according to USCRI policies and procedures.
- Provide information, education, referrals, outreach, advocacy, and support to ensure that each participant receives the services they require;
- Build a network of local pro bono resources and service providers to facilitate access for program participants, and track individual progress towards self-sufficiency;

- Coordinate and maintain communication with key stakeholders;
- Participate in regular training and communication sessions with supervisor and headquarters staff; and
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
