Key Responsibilities
Coach teams on Agile / Lean frameworks, practices, and processes
Guide Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members in their respective roles
Define and refine metrics for Digital Services to drive improvements in team performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Eight or more years of experience in software product or application development, business analysis, or project management
Four or more years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience working as a Scrum Master on at least three different agile teams
Demonstrated experience coaching Agile and Lean teams in complex delivery environments
