We are looking for year-round Swim Coach / Teachers in Murphy! This is a great company, with a supportive and fun culture!
The Instructor is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. They will uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents or staff members.

Swim Teacher Responsibilities and Duties
The Swim Instructor position requires a person to have the passion and patience to change the lives of the children they teach! Though swim experience or lifeguarding is a plus, general teaching experience and the right personality with a positive attitude are ALL welcome to apply as we provide terrific training!
As a leader in swim instruction for over 30 years, Aqua-Tots is the largest swim school in the nation and is a multi-year winner of one of the "Best Places to Work" by the Arizona Business Journal.
